General approach

Phase 1: We manage and coordinate the “different“ expectations of the companies and the investors in line with the outline terms and intrinsic constraints of the projects and corporate targets. We identify those features which may complicate or even hinder placement. We find solutions to enable placement at attractive terms and conditions.

Phase 2: We prepare the marketing material and documentation in line with investors‘ expectations which usually provides for a broader investor base. We strongly believe that long-term experience is required to mitigate and handle both, manageable and not-manageable project and corporate risks in the transaction‘s documentation and financing package.

Phase 3: We manage a broad investor base which have been educated for this type of structured, long-term financing products. The broader the investor base, the more competition can take place which usually has a positive impact on the pricing.
