FSC is mandated from the German subsidiary of Clenergy as Advisor to support the local team developing the 65MW pv project in a bankable ready-to-be-built status and to structure and arrange the financing (debt and equity) of the project located on a mining arear in North-East-Germany.

Oct. 2019: Debt Financing (€ 41 mio.) was successfully secured by the NORD/LB.
Nov. 2019: Construction of the pv plant has been started with EPC contractor GP Joule GmbH.
Feb. 2020: FSC has successfully managed the equity sales process and has arranged the project sale from Clenergy to the Danish PV investor Obton (www.obton.com).

40Feet Development GmbH, Berlin

40Feet combines attractive living spaces that are built with a flexible and sustainable construction system. 40Feet develops used shipping containers into sustainable living systems, and through serial production, transforms them into high quality, transportable and multifunctional living modules with character. These buildings offer living spaces at a very high-end design and comfort level – short or long term – within a very short construction time.

FSC was mandated to support the 40Feet Management on a continual basis in commercial, financing and strategic questions in order to ensure the optimal realisation of the first projects and to develop the organisational and financial fundaments to scale-up the business.

 

FSC has made an equity investment and supports the management of Acuago, the Hamburg-based start-up company. Acuago aims to be part of the solution to the global water crisis.

The target is to develop a small-scale and low-cost desalination water purifier which enables people in remote areas to produce their own drinking water. An Acuago system is very robust, easy to operate and specifically designed to meet the needs of those who are not connected to centralized water supply. Also, it can be run on solar energy only, emphasizing the approach for self-sufficient and sustainable water supply.

 

2017/2018 Fulcrum3D
F3D is a specialist for inventive technology and solutions for remote sensing and dependable data for renewable resources with established and proven products in wind and solar resource monitoring (CloudCAM, SodarF3D, Solar Resource Assessment and DataVOLT).

Market entry China
As part of the already existing collaboration with the Australian technology, specialist Fulcrum3D in Europe FSC was mandated to develop a market entry strategy for the Chinese market. After an comprehensive market study and several visits of trade fairs and meetings the right market entry strategy was defined. Additionally a strong local partner for the resale of F3D products on the Chinese market has been found and after initial test trials of the Fulcrum3D sodar first sales have been realised.

India
Additionally FSC has evaluated the Indian market in order to find a partner to perform a trial for the F3D sodar in accordance with the IEC certification process. A partner company with a suitable project site and wind measurement met-mast has been found.

 

Sept. 2018, Naturstrom AG, SunStrom GmbH und StiegeWind GmbH
Management Advisory Agreement with Naturstrom AG

The scope of the Agreement is to support the Commercial Management of the both Naturstrom subsidiaries SunStrom GmbH, Dresden and StiegeWind GmbH, Jübeck. The first focus is to describe and analyse the commercial processes and tasks of the both companies in order to review if they are in line with Naturstrom guidelines. In a second step the current use of the resources capital and employees, the Controlling and the Cash-Management shall be analysed and together with the Commercial Management improvements shall be developed in line with the existing business strategy.

As part of the new expanded strategy with which PNE wants to develop into a Clean Solution Provider, FSC has advised PNE regarding the best strategy to enter into the market for photovoltaic projects in different countries. In particular, the work has covered the assessment of different photovoltaic markets, the development of the best business model for PNE and organisational solutions. This work was conducted under the Management Advisory Frame Agreement between PNE and FSC.

 

image004FSC was mandated from the Turkish project development and construction company Yentek Elektrik Enerji A.S., Ankara to structure and arrange the project financing for a portfolio of 40 solar projects in Turkey. Additionally FSC will advise Yentek to find the right EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) contractor company and to negotiate the individual EPC contracts for the projects. The projects will have a total investment volume of more than € 50. mio.
Beside the development of solar projects Yentek is active in the fields of City Electric Networks, Energy Transmission Lines, Transformer and Distribution Substations and Industrial Zone Infrastructure Projects.

The main product-groups are all types of bitumen tanks, conveyor belts and tanks for hydrolysis and hygienization processes (= ThermDes: disinfection and disintegration of persistent substances) for biogas plants. To achieve the growth targets it is intended to use the huge potential in the field of re-powering of biogas plants in Europe in order to expand the possibilities for input materials und increase the gas yield by the usage of the patented hydrolysis and hygienization tanks.
